Tinkastreasures was born in 2009 after many years of beading...I began stringing beads in 1968 (!) when I was in college, and have dabbled over the years. In the last few years I have had more time to bead, and to discover new bead weaving techniques. Then people started asking where I get my jewelry, so I thought it was time to make them available! And here we are! I love beading..it is very relaxing and challenging at the same time! The actual beading is relaxing, and the planning can be challenging!

Most of my pieces use thousands of beads, some of them very tiny. These are all woven in to the piece, usually one at a time.

Please check out the slide show of items I’ve made...most of which have found new homes. If you see something you like, and it’s not available on my Etsy site (listed below), e-mail me and I can make it for you...choose your own colors!   And we can put together great birthday gifts using birthstone colors!  Or a Mommy Bracelet, like Michelle’s Mommy Bracelet in my photos...peridot and two sapphire beads for her three kids!

For the bride, we can design your necklace and/or bracelet from what you see, changing seed beads to Swaroski crystals, etc...and I can make matching bridesmaid jewelry...just send me swatches of their dresses!  I can make from casual to elegant!

In March 2010 my ‘Snowdrifts’ necklace won second place at the Annual Westford  Art Show!
